PranaWise™

Eastern Wellness Sessions

Kerry now offers PranaWise™, a structured series of Eastern wellness sessions available online and onsite within her acupuncture and Eastern medicine practice, under a coaching and wellness framework. This program is designed to help restore and rebalance the body’s natural energy, which is often disrupted by ongoing stress, with a special emphasis on concerns like feeling depleted, overthinking, sleep difficulties, body discomfort, tension, and exhaustion. PranaWise™ gently meets people where they are, at their own pace, and is best suited for those who feel a willingness to explore new and different methods of wellness. It weaves together time‑honored Eastern wellness traditions to help each person discover approaches that feel right for them and learn practical self‑care techniques they can use at home.

The PranaWise™ program is offered as a structured yet exploratory series: an initial Eastern wellness intake with a strong Ayurveda focus, followed by a second visit dedicated to exploring your unique constitution, and then four recommended follow‑up sessions. These follow‑up visits focus on exploring simple, restorative practices and may include personalized suggestions for food and lifestyle, support for the senses (such as sound, color, or aromatics), meditation or other relaxation practices, gentle self‑massage techniques, and yoga and/or qigong‑based movement. For clients using insurance who meet medical necessity requirements, acupuncture services are available when combined with learning these self‑care techniques during the follow‑up sessions. An Eastern Wellness intake form is available in the patient portal, upon request, for those who wish to prepare ahead of their first session.

 

 

 

Qigong and Gentle Yoga

Kerry plans to begin teaching a group beginner seated form of qigong in the fall or winter, location pending. She has not taught group classes so this will be new to her. She does have a small space available at PranaWise Wellness LLC to teach individuals (possibly up to 2 people at a time) qigong, gentle seated yoga, and gentle yoga supporting women going through perimenopause.
