Welcome

We are a small practice providing onsite access to weekend acupuncture, Eastern medicine, bodywork, gentle yoga, relaxation and movement techniques, and other modalities.

We are currently located inside the Watershed Wellness Center in Tumwater, WA until May 1, 2024.

Starting May 2, 2024 our business is moving to a new location near Barnes & Noble in Olympia, WA.

Our new address will be:  

1820 Black Lake Blvd SW, Suite 101, Olympia, WA 98512 

Onsite services are offered by appointment only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Telehealth services are available upon request.

Our practice strives to offer a relaxing, comfortable, and professional setting. Treatment plans are individualized and may include a combination of modalities as well as recommendations for care from other providers. We are not a primary care provider.

We provide complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) focused natural health care for all ages. We also have special interests, training, and experience working with concerns related to: acute and chronic pain including injuries; acute and chronic illness; women's health; and discomfort related to stress, emotions, or trauma.

We are in-network with several insurance plans including: 

Triwest - Regence - Ambetter - Premera - Kaiser - and others

Please mask if feeling unwell. We provide a treatment space with hepa filtered and/or fresh air and disinfected surfaces. Patients may be asked to reschedule if not feeling well or if they have tested positive in the last 10 to 14 days. Telehealth is available to assist patients who are not feeling well or for other health concerns.
