Payment

Payment can be made using:

- Check, credit card, cash

- Online credit card payments accepted through the patient portal 

- Insurance (please check to ensure coverage and in-network status of provider)

- More insurance information is provided under the "Insurance Billing" below

 

Fees vary for services provided which may include: acupuncture; bodywork; intake; re-evaluation; and other services.

- Patients paying at time of service can purchase a package of 2 onsite appointments for $150.00. Our packages and fees will change in January 2025, including an increase of $10 for our current package. More information for packages is included below.

PACKAGE INFORMATION

We currently offer an onsite "Standard Acupuncture Package" of 2 visits for $150.00 lasting up to 50 minutes. This package will increase in price to $160 in January 2025.

 

Starting January 2025 we will offer additional onsite packages including:

"Peripheral Neuropathy Acupuncture Package" of 2 onsite visits for $120 lasting up to 30 minutes. This package is only for those diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy in the feet or hands. 

"Foot Wellness Package" of 2 onsite visits for $120 lasting up to 30 minutes. This package includes Eastern and/or Western bodywork techniques for the feet and legs only. 

"Eastern Wellness Package" of 2 onsite visits for $180 lasting 45 minutes or longer. This package is for lifestyle support, dietary support, qigong, yoga, and other Eastern modalities, but does not include acupuncture or massage. This is an excellent option for those who do not want acupuncture, but are interested in Eastern holistic health practices and are ready to make a change in their life.

 

INSURANCE INFORMATION

We are in network with insurance plans including Triwest, Kaiser, Regence, First Choice, United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and others.

We may accept L&I at this location in the near future. We may take PIP per our discretion. We are no longer accepting Humana plans, Cascade plans, or United Health Medicare advantage plans. We are not accepting new massage patients or referrals for massage. 

 

Please check with your insurance provider to ensure your provider is in-network and acupuncture is a covered benefit. If your provider is in-network you are responsible for your copay and other fees, such as new patient office visits, re-evaluations, and deductibles, as determined by your insurance plan and our clinic will bill your insurance as a courtesy. 

A typical new patient insurance or pay at timer of service appointment lasts 60 to 75 minutes and follow up appointments last 45 minutes or longer. Cost depends on services provided and/or insurance coverage. We do not offer pay at time of service discounts.

   -- Do you need a referral

   -- What can the acupuncture appointments be used for (low back pain, headache, etc if medically necessary)

   -- What is your copay or co-insurance

   -- Are acupuncture visit limits combined with other modalities (chiropractic, massage etc)

   -- Can acupuncture services be delivered by a licensed acupuncturist

 

 You must bring in Identification and insurance card at the time of visit. It is best to fill out paperwork online in the Patient Portal, but forms are available onsite.
